Let's get real from the start. Many online coaches and personal trainers will promise you the world, but I'm here to offer something different and honest (and not just because everyone says that!).

While other websites might parade a picture of a personal trainer with an impeccable six-pack, I don't have that. What I do have is a photo of myself weighing 22 stone, struggling with severe depression and alcohol dependence. If that resonates with you, then keep reading.

Firstly, let me put your mind at ease – I won't make you jump through hoops or endure a hard sell just to find out the cost. You're not going to have to fill out a form and then be bombarded with pitches that make you feel terrible about yourself before finally learning the price.

If you're here, it's because you recognise the need for support, and that's a positive step! In my post about starting a weight loss journey, one of the key steps is to build a support network around you. If you believe Uncomfortable Stretch can provide the support you need, then that's fantastic, and I genuinely believe I can help.

How Can Uncomfortable Stretch Help You?

I offer an online support service that focuses on three key areas: Nutrition, Movement, and Mindset.

Nutrition:

I don't, and can't offer a one-size-fits-all diet plan because I believe lasting weight loss and a healthier lifestyle require sustainable changes. Instead, we'll assess your current food intake to understand its impact on your health, whether it's promoting positive or negative effects. Then, we'll work together to tweak and adjust your diet accordingly. It's crucial for you to be in control of your nutrition, understand it and ultimately you need to make the choices to promote a lasting change.

As part of the support with Nutrition, you'll need a smartphone and access to My Fitness Pal. This will allow us to discuss your food choices, their effects, and make decisions together to benefit your health. 

You'll need to share your food diary with me so I can review it before our discussions.

Movement:

Some might call it exercise, but I prefer to refer to it as movement because any form of activity contributes to burning calories and increasing your Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE). This, in turn, helps you gain control over your nutrition. 

A smartwatch can be incredibly advantageous here! Having a smartwatch on your wrist is like having a personal trainer monitoring you 24/7. Whether it's a Garmin Watch, Apple Watch, Samsung, Fitbit, or Whoop, when synced with My Fitness Pal, it helps us create a weekly review to understand and discuss tweaks that can aid you on your journey. 

We can extract data to analyze steps, BMR, TDEE, activity levels, nutrition, daily patterns, and much more.

Mindset:

This is the cornerstone of our journey together, and online support can help nurture a positive mindset, provide motivation, and keep you on track. All I ask for is complete and open honesty.

For example, at 22 Stone, I was depressed, I despised myself and my reflection, I lacked motivation, and I felt my children deserved better. I faced repeated failures and deluded myself about success. This is me being honest!

In our weekly catch-up sessions, we'll delve into the factors that have led you to where you are now. We'll discuss how to avoid repeating choices that don't benefit your life, address past setbacks, and together, create an individualised journey tailored to you.

Basic Package:

Duration: 4 weeks
Includes: Weekly coaching sessions (total of 4 sessions) and I will review your food diary and work on behind the scenes strategies that we can implement
Support: Coaching and Guidance on Nutrition, Movement, and Mindset, Email and WhatsApp support between sessions
Price: £100

Standard Package:

Duration: 8 weeks
Includes: Weekly coaching sessions (total of 8 sessions) and I will review your food diary and work on behind the scenes strategies that we can implement
Support: Coaching and Guidance on Nutrition, Movement, and Mindset, Email and WhatsApp support between sessions
Price: £190

Premium Package:

Duration: 12 weeks
Includes: Weekly coaching sessions (total of 12 sessions) and I will review your food diary and work on behind the scenes strategies that we can implement
Support: Coaching and Guidance on Nutrition, Movement, and Mindset, Email and WhatsApp support between sessions
Price: £280

Payments are accepted upfront via PayPal after the initial meeting if you decide to proceed with the support package.

By engaging in coaching services provided by Uncomfortable Stretch, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We offer three packages: a 4-week package for £100, an 8-week package for £190, and a 12-week package for £280, all of which include weekly catch-ups and WhatsApp support. Payment is non-refundable, except in cases where the coach chooses to cancel sessions. Clients may request to postpone or reschedule sessions for personal reasons, subject to mutual agreement. Any changes will be discussed beforehand to ensure mutual understanding and accommodation. By proceeding with the coaching services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
